More than only sadly

A Bloggerin writes on Twitter over depressions, thousands follows suit it to her. The Tweets under the Hashtag #notjustsad refers to the everyday life of depressive ones.

Depressive haben oft das Gefühl, allein und ungeliebt zu sein. Sie fühlen sich einsam, ertragen es aber gleichzeitig kaum, unter Menschen zu sein.

Jenna is sometimes sad. More sadly, than one is, if one has just bad mood or one day runs differently, than one desires it. It does not feel at all then much, above all no joy, no luck, mostly somehow nothing. The Bloggerin from Berlin, which is called actually Jana Selig, wrote on Twitter, how it is, if one has depressions and sadness sits so deeply that one does not know, where she begins and where it stops again.

Many Twitter users felt addressed, divided the Tweets, added own. They were soon already bundled under the Hashtag #notjustsad, which landed fast in the Twitter trends. Similarly as during the sexism debate, which became only by Twitter and the Hashtag #Aufschrei a social discussion over sexism in the everyday life.

The Hashtag meets the core of the illness well: not only sadly. Because depressions are more than that. Concerned ones suffer from a deep dejection, it are unpowered and have problems to feel positive feelings. Depressions express themselves with everyone on another art.
