Design idea from Turkey: Dog food from the bottle

Turkish fodder box: above bottle purely, down fodder out.

From compassion with the road dogs in Istanbul Engin Girgin built a box, into which one throws pledge bottles in from plastics - and in response for it dog food gets. Meanwhile it sells its boxes even abroad.

A two meters large box in the middle in Istanbul: If one throws in a plastic bottle above, down dog food comes out - for the road dogs, from which there are 150,000 alone in Istanbulcenter of news. Bizarre sounds, is it perhaps also. SHOW an interview with to “dog food recycling box” - the inventor Engin Girgin. Kulturspiegel: Mr. Girgin, Sie with the company “Pugedon” invented something, which did not give it so ever. Please explain nevertheless once: How does the fodder box function exactly? Engin Girgin update: That is like that: The box has three openings. One at the front for instance on addendum, second under it on belly height and third laterally at height of the shin bone. Into the first opening news ,  plastic bottles are to be thrown or - doses. A sensor recognizes whether they are more recyclable or not. If the bottle is accepted, a certain quantity of dog food falls into a cup from the lateral opening per bottle. The third opening news  is a practical side effect: If in the bottle some more water is and the person does not want it no more, it can be poured in and flows into a second cup. Kulturspiegel: One could say thus, the box is a dog food donor?
